When 2012 was foretold the end of the world, there is one band that comes out headstrong in launching themselves with a bang – VFORT w/ their first album ever. They may be no Backstreet Boys or *NSync but they surely are OPM’s very own; the Philippines’ newest pride in reviving what has been missing in today’s music - depth in pop music, wit in lyrics, and timelessness across generations.

No doubt, VFort, composed of Kerwin Caballero, Toff Guela and Visam Arenas, is at it to make all of these love elements work in their project to make boybands a force to reckon with – VFORT: THE LOVE BAND PROJECT.

In this record, VFort retells the romantic Filipinos’ slice of life through heartwarming melodies & relatable poetry. True Faith’s Bimbo Yance and Jake Lumacad & Driven Band’s Josh Villegas and Larry Ropero took care of the musical arrangement while their voice coach, also a schooled musician, Jeff Cifra lent his songwriting skills to helm the album’s creative direction. VFort’s album boasts of ten masterpieces that are tailor-made to express rather than impress. Each song tells a story of its own, reflective of love and life from various perspectives and experiences.

Their carrier single, PRINSESA, which is now airing in major radio stations nationwide, is an upbeat song of love from a man who expresses his deep affection & sense of passion to a woman who he hopes of making his lifelong partner.

THE COFFEE SONG is a feel-good tune that gives us a taste of love alive, love at first sight and love at first time.

STILL is a midtempo ballad about holding on to a love gone by, hopeful of another try.

SWEETHEART is a pop song about love proclaimed with pride, with hearts and arms wide open.

One will readily find himself lost in the melancholy of songs such as HINDI KO KAYA (co-written with VFort's Toff); lost in the promise of everlasting love in MANANATILI; or lost in the reality that sometimes, love tires, in the power ballad in KUNG PAG-IBIG AY WALA NA (feat. Driven Band’s female vocalist Dianne Ang).

Love is such a strong feeling, it makes you move! Experience love in motion in songs like the upcoming club hit DANCE (Take Me To The Floor)!. And groove to the sexy beat of COULDN’T BE WITHOUT YOU (feat. the soulful voice of beauty queen Katrina Jayne Dimaranan).

And VFort is anything but conventional, a pioneer in its class – the team reinvents P!nk's 2001 smash hit JUST LIKE A PILL, taking a bold risk of incorporating alternative, pop, and crossover musical elements altogether with vocal arrangements of choric inspiration, with live and electronic instrumentation.
